SenVerv LLC, a Texas company, is responsible for the information collected through this website. This notice covers website visitors and people who submit inquiries. Separate agreements may govern information handled during a client engagement.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks inquiry submissions for automated abuse and may process device and connection information. We do not enable Turnstile pre-clearance cookies. To let you return to an unfinished inquiry, it saves a draft in this browser on this device. The draft includes the fields you enter and your selected area of interest. It is not sent to SenVerv until you submit the form. You can remove it with Clear draft; successful submission removes it. Drafts expire after seven days and are removed when you next return after expiry. This storage is used for the inquiry feature, not tracking. If browser storage is unavailable, a draft remains only while the page stays open. External sites linked from this website operate under their own privacy notices. If website technologies or data practices change, we will update this notice and provide any required choices.

Storage, retention, and security

Inquiries are stored separately from public website files, with restricted access. The website and inquiry records are hosted by Cloudflare. Inquiry notifications and business email are handled through Microsoft. These providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. We retain information as needed to respond, manage a resulting relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. The relevant purpose and recordkeeping requirements determine retention.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted, or ask a question about this notice, through our privacy inquiry form. Include an email address where we can respond. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
